Course Prerequisites

I confirm that I have reviewed and understood the prerequisites for the course I am registering for, including the Course Description, Objectives, Format, Grading Criteria, and Award. If clarification was needed, I have consulted the F.E.A Maldives team before submitting my registration.

Course Redemption and Refunds
Courses must be attended as per the registered intake and dates. I understand that course refunds, transfers, or rescheduling are not allowed.

Course Amendments or Cancellations:
F.E.A Maldives reserves the right to amend course dates, or postpone or cancel a course with prior notice to registrants.

Payment Policy:
All payments made for courses, exam fees, materials, and goods are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Health and Safety
By registering for fitness-related certification courses, I confirm that I have obtained medical clearance to participate and possess a reasonable level of physical ability and fitness. I understand the risks associated with physical activities and will use my discretion to ensure my health and safety during the course. The course provider is not liable for any injury or death arising from my participation.

Certification Requirements
Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of all course grading criteria, as outlined in the course description and explained during the course, including full attendance and participation in all sessions.

Cancellation by F.E.A Academy Maldives:
If a course is canceled by F.E.A Maldives for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the registrant. Course confirmation will be sent within seven (7) days before the start date. F.E.A Maldives is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by registrants.

Breach of Terms:
I understand that breaching participation terms or disrupting the delivery of the course may result in termination from the program without prior notice or refund.

Liability Release
I acknowledge the risks associated with this course/workshop, including the possibility of injury or death. If I observe any hazards during my participation, I will remove myself and notify an official immediately. I release F.E.A Maldives and its representatives from any claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity:
I agree to indemnify and hold F.E.A Maldives, its partners, and employees harmless from any liabilities, claims, or demands arising out of my participation, including legal fees or third-party claims.
