FEA Exercise Nutrition
Help Your Clients Eat Better for Health and to Perform Better
From August 12th to 14th, the FEA Exercise Nutrition course was successfully held in the Maldives, led by the esteemed Ee-Ling, a highly experienced Dietitian, Fitness Education Specialist, and ACE Master Instructor with over a decade of expertise in training fitness practitioners across Malaysia and Asia. As a Trainer of Edutrainers, Ee-Ling has been instrumental in raising the standards of fitness professionals by delivering comprehensive education and practical skills training throughout the region.
Over the three intensive days, 13 passionate participants from the Maldives gained in-depth knowledge, strategies, and hands-on tools to better support clients with varied nutrition goals. The program blended evidence-based learning, interactive discussions, and real-world applications to ensure participants could confidently integrate nutrition science within their professional practice.
We also explored Maldivian foods like Mashuni, Kulhimas, Rihaakuru discussing their nutritional value, portion recommendations, and ways to enhance quality for better health outcomes. Participants discovered practical strategies to incorporate locally available foods into balanced meal plans, making nutrition guidance more relatable, sustainable, and culturally relevant for clients.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all 13 graduates and wish them success as they apply their enhanced skills to educate, empower, and inspire healthier lifestyles in their communities.
