CFP Module 1 Batch 6

FEA Certified Fitness Practitioner Batch 6 December 4-7th

The sixth batch of the Certified Fitness Practitioner Module 1 – Fitness Instructor (Exercise Coaching) concluded successfully in the Maldives, marking another milestone in the development of qualified and job-ready fitness professionals. This intake brought together 20 participants, making it one of our most impactful cohorts as the demand for structured, evidence-based fitness education continues to grow in the country.

Throughout the course, participants were equipped with the fundamentals of professional exercise coaching, learning how to effectively deliver movement assessments, cueing strategies, and safe exercise progressions based on client capabilities. They were introduced to a comprehensive exercise library built around the basic movement patterns, with variations categorized by difficulty level to ensure programs can be adapted for beginners to advanced clients.

In the area of cardiorespiratory training, participants gained practical knowledge using the FEA 4 Zones Cardiorespiratory Training Model, enabling them to design purposeful and goal-oriented sessions tailored to fitness level, objectives, and training progression. The module placed strong emphasis on applied exercise science, internationally aligned guidelines, and professional communication skills—ensuring participants are prepared to guide clients confidently and responsibly.

As this 6th batch prepares for their upcoming examination in January, we wish each participant the very best of luck. Their dedication reflects the growing commitment within the Maldives to elevate industry standards and foster highly skilled and informed fitness practitioners.
