Certified Fitness Practitioner Module 1 - Exercise Coaching
In the fourth batch of CFP Module 1 – Fitness Instructor (Exercise Coaching), 10 participants were equipped with essential skills and knowledge to effectively coach clients in exercise performance. This course focused on teaching the principles of stability, mobility, and functional movements, enabling participants to deliver safe and effective training sessions.
The program emphasized the development of key coaching competencies, including providing clear and precise instructions for exercise setup and execution, as well as evaluating and refining client movements. Participants were introduced to the FEA A.C.T Resistance Training Method, a progressive approach to advancing clients’ exercises while ensuring proper technique and safety.
Led by the course developer and founder of FEA, this module not only delivered foundational knowledge but also prepared participants to meet industry standards through thorough assessments and evaluations. With the completion of this batch, another group of aspiring fitness instructors is ready to bring professional exercise coaching techniques into practice.
