This Refund Policy outlines how FEA Academy Maldives (Company Registration No. C01912021), operating from Legacy Fitness, Amin Avenue Teak, Reethigas Magu, Hulhumale, Maldives 20124** (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our” or “Us”), manages requests for refunds related to courses, exams, and other services.

1. Refunds

All payments made for course fees, examination fees, course materials, and/or goods sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

2. Course Cancellation by FEA Academy Maldives

If we cancel a course for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the registered participant.

Course confirmation will be sent at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the participant, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

3. Rescheduling of Courses by Participants

Participants requesting to reschedule to a later course date must meet the following conditions:

Requests will only be considered for valid medical reasons, supported by official documentation.
A rescheduling fee of MVR 1,000 will apply.
Requests must be made at least 15 days before the original course start date.
Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and course prerequisites.
If the class is full, participants will be placed on a waiting list and notified of availability 7 days before the rescheduled course.

Note: It is the participant’s responsibility to follow up on their rescheduling request if no confirmation is received within 14 days of submission.

4. Transfer of Enrolment

Course enrolment cannot be transferred to another participant except in exceptional circumstances, supported by valid documentation, and at our sole discretion.

Approval will depend on seat availability and the transferee meeting course prerequisites.
All decisions made by FEA Academy Maldives are FINAL.

5. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the most recent version before making any course-related payments.
